Here’s a bit about us...
At Victory Lap, we are really passionate about sales. However, there’s an unfortunate reality to the industry: there are over 14M sales jobs in the US, and less than 4% of colleges/universities offer a sales education. Victory Lap exists to solve this problem. We find, qualify, and train the next generation of top sellers, and help them land the right sales job, faster. We work with the top employers in Chicago (from SMB to Enterprise), and connect them with our awesome graduates who are prepared and excited to sell.
How much fun can that be? Honestly, it’s a blast.
When we’re not solving various sales problems, you can catch us doing one of the following: eating tacos at Big Star, playing a friendly (yet competitive) game of office basketball, enjoying our lifetime supply of RXBAR’s (just kidding, we only have 37 left), or hanging with our mascot Otis (our founders’ labradoodle).

So, what will you be doing?
All things sales: from finding new leads, building a pipeline, and closing new business, this job will challenge you at every step of the sales process
Attending networking events where you’ll have an opportunity to rub elbows with the right people and enhance the Victory Lap brand
Working directly with our CEO to maximize revenue channels through detailed strategy and operations planning. Things will change and change often, yet you’ll still be required to execute on a game plan and pivot where necessary to achieve maximum results
Contribute to the marketing department's vision and KPI’s by providing detailed customer feedback

Match our qualifications?
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in inbound and outbound roles
Experience and track record of success in producing high quality work
A strong communicator (written and oral), who is able to effectively deliver a message to different types of personas
Tech savvy: no partisan politics here, Google and Microsoft are your friends
