At Victory Lap, we are really passionate about sales. However, there’s an unfortunate reality to the industry: there are over 14M sales jobs in the US, and less than 4% of colleges/universities offer a sales education. Victory Lap exists to solve this problem. We find, qualify, and train the next generation of top sellers, and help them land the right sales job, faster. We work with the top employers in Chicago (from SMB to Enterprise), and connect them with our awesome graduates who are prepared and excited to sell.

Pretty awesome, right? We think so! We’re looking for an Operations Manager who thinks so, too.
So, what will you be doing?
Keep the engines running and humming with the foundation laid to scale
Lead multiple business efforts including Operations, Tech, and Finance
Build and revise revenue and financial forecasting models across all verticals as business needs change
Establish a cadence of reporting on projects consisting of establishing deadlines
Work directly with CEO to maximize revenue channels through detailed strategy and operations planning
Lead process for our tools integration and team training to ensure 100% compliance
- Proactively look for new opportunities to improve and optimize end-to-end lead management

Match our qualifications?
2-5+ years in a operational or finance role
Management consulting experience or MBA preferred
Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling
A strong communicator (written and oral) who is able to effectively deliver a message to different types of personas
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
