At Victory Lap, we are really passionate about sales. However, there’s an unfortunate reality to the industry: there are over 14M sales jobs in the US, and less than 4% of colleges/universities offer a sales education. Victory Lap exists to solve this problem. We find, qualify, and train the next generation of top sellers, and help them land the right sales job, faster. We work with the top employers in Chicago (from SMB to Enterprise), and connect them with our awesome graduates who are prepared and excited to sell.
How much fun can that be? Honestly, it’s a blast.
When we’re not solving various sales problems, you can catch us doing one of the following: eating tacos at Big Star, playing a friendly (yet competitive) game of office basketball, enjoying our lifetime supply of RXBAR’s (just kidding, we only have 37 left), or hanging with our mascot Otis (our founders’ labradoodle).
Pretty awesome, right? We think so! We’re looking for a Training and Development Manager who thinks so, too.
So, what will you be doing?
In charge of all programming. You’ll be working directly with our CEO to continue to build and optimize Victory Lap’s world class sales curriculum
Conduct customer and market research to identify the biggest opportunities for future content development
Lead all Quarterly Alumni Trainings
Proactively look for new opportunities to improve and optimize end-to-end lead management
- Maintain organization through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork

Match our qualifications?
2+ years of sales training experience OR 5+ years in a sales role
Experience creating interactive and engaging content
A strong communicator (written and oral) who is able to effectively deliver a message to different types of personas
Tech savvy: no partisan politics here, Google and Microsoft are your friends
