Throughout their careers as business leaders, entrepreneurs, and sales leaders, co-founders Brian Bar and Mark Hancock found themselves living the unique challenges of acquiring and retaining quality sales professionals. Additionally, as senior leaders, both were barraged by a steady stream of early-stage professionals searching for the right career, the appropriate development, and company for them.
This led Brian to start Victory Lap in October of 2016 with the mission to help more individuals succeed sooner in their careers, and help companies hire better sales talent, faster. Mark was inspired by the early traction, and joined as a Co-Founder in 2017. Many of our candidates and employers know us for our sales bootcamp and entry-level hiring, but we saw the need to expand in order to fulfill our mission.
Today, we operate a talent platform where employers hire qualified sales professionals of all levels, and where talented candidates find dynamic, growing companies. We are committed to empowering both candidates and employers to reach their potential by integrating skill development, fostering a better fit, and enabling better retention for Business Development Representatives, Account Executives and Account Managers.
