Brian Bar - CEO & Co-Founder Brian is CEO and Co-founder of Victory Lap. His entire career has been in professional sales as both a producer and leader, including creating and leading Groupon’s sales training and onboarding.  He served as the VP of Sales for ThinkCERCA, building their distribution strategy nationally. Brian Bar is a thought-leader, who is passionate enabling success for sales professionals and growing companies.

Lindsay Weickert - Talent Acquisition Lead Lindsay leads Talent Acquisition for Victory Lap, Her career has been focused on talent development and relationship management for early stage companies. She graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is really passionate about recruiting and talent development and  loves to work with people to help them discover their passions.

Lindsay Weickert - Talent Acquisition Lead

Lindsay leads Talent Acquisition for Victory Lap, Her career has been focused on talent development and relationship management for early stage companies. She graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is really passionate about recruiting and talent development and  loves to work with people to help them discover their passions.

Mark Hancock - President & Co-Founder Mark is President and Co-Founder of Victory Lap.  His career started in tech sales, aided start-ups and evolved into executive leadership roles with Goldman Sachs Investment Management. He serves as an executive coach and corporate learning faculty at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and candidates prepare for success in their career.

Mark Hancock - President & Co-Founder

Kevin Bugielski - Customer Success Manager Kevin is Victory Lap's first hire, where he helped launch the company and led marketing and recruiting efforts. He now serves as Victory Lap's Customer Success Manager, fostering strong relationships between candidates and employers. He received a Bachelor's Degree in English from DePauw University. Kevin is passionate about building strong connections with others, all while helping them succeed.

Ryan Walker - Director of Sales Ryan leads sales at Victory Lap and is responsible for expanding our robust employer network. He has spent the majority of his career in sales at high growth, B2B technology companies. Prior to joining Victory Lap, he was a top producer for Groupon's largest local category. Ryan strongly believes that the best sales professionals are those willing to sacrifice short-term gains in favor of doing what is right for the client’s long-term success.
